What is Meeting analysis?Meeting analysis automatically creates recordings, transcripts, summaries, minutes, tasks, and insights by having an AI bot join your online meetings. After the meeting ends, a “meeting recap” is generated automatically.
Get started with Meeting analysis (enable)To use Meeting analysis, you need to enable it in your team settings. When you enable it for the first time, you’ll be asked to agree to the AI terms.
Supported meeting platforms & prerequisitesMeeting analysis requires an AI bot to join an online meeting. If a meeting doesn’t have a valid meeting URL, a recap can’t be created.
Enable/disable Meeting analysis per meetingYou can control Meeting analysis on a per-meeting basis. Turn it on to have the AI bot join and generate a recap after the meeting ends.
How to read a meeting recapOnce a recap is generated, you can find it in Meeting analysis on the dashboard. Each recap page has multiple tabs to review different outputs.
Minutes templates & regenerateIn the Minutes tab, you can select a minutes template that matches your meeting type and regenerate the minutes.
Share a meeting recap (URL)You can share a recap by generating a share link. You can choose what content to share (Summary/Minutes/Transcription/Video) and who can access it (Private/Public).
Settings (Notetaker / Insight settings)Meeting analysis has settings for how the AI bot joins/records meetings and whether Insights are generated and shown. Only admins can edit these settings.
Knowledge (improve summaries & insights)Knowledge is background context referenced when generating summaries and insights—terms, assumptions, product context, hiring rubric, sales context, competitors, and more. Adding relevant knowledge can make outputs more consistent for your…
Custom scores (define your own evaluation criteria)Custom scores let you define your team’s own evaluation criteria and automatically score meetings based on the transcript (for example: sales quality, interview structure, value fit, etc.).
Reports (score trends)Reports let you review score trends and averages over time. You can filter by team overall, hosts, and booking pages.
Pricing for Meeting recapsMeeting recaps is a paid feature included in specific plans. There is no separate add‑on charge for it.
