Overview

The meeting analytics shown on /dashboard/recaps depend on both your team role and your access permissions for specific events and projects.
Because of this, the number of analytics visible may differ across users, even within the same team.

How Visibility Works

  • Events you are attending: Displayed.

  • Events you are not attending: May be displayed if you have the required view permissions (for example, access to the related project).

  • Events without view permissions: Not displayed.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q. Can Restricted Users only view “their own events”?
A. No. They are not limited to only “their own events.”
In addition to events they attend, they can also view events where they have the necessary access permissions.

Q. Why does the number of analytics differ among users?
A. Because event/project visibility permissions can differ by user.

Q. Who can change sharing settings and Meeting AI settings?
A. Only Owners and Admins can change these settings.
Members and Restricted Users cannot.

Q. Do Owners/Admins always have full visibility of all analytics?
A. No. Visibility still depends on event/project access permissions.
