Reports (score trends)

Reports let you review score trends and averages over time. You can filter by team overall, hosts, and booking pages.

Open Reports

  1. Open Meeting analysis in the dashboard

  2. Select the Reports tab

What you can do

  • Choose an interval (weekly / monthly / daily)

  • Filter by date range

  • Filter by hosts and booking pages

  • Switch score type (meeting score / guest experience / custom score)

  • Sort by latest score, average score, etc.

Tips

  • Use a consistent date range to compare changes before/after a process update.

  • Using filter to specify the host/reservation page makes comparison easier.

  • If you use custom scores, select Custom score as the score type to track them over time
