Instead of managers attending role-plays, you can drastically reduce training hours and build a high-quality onboarding system by utilizing AI as an "objective examiner."
We recommend updating your traditional "human-led observation and coaching" flow to the following "autonomous learning (self-coaching) flow using AI."
Steps to automate role-plays with AI as the examiner
1. Set the passing criteria using "Custom Scores"
First, teach the AI the criteria (your company's winning patterns) that new employees must clear to debut in the field using the "Custom Score" feature. Define specific evaluation items and a target score (e.g., 75 points or higher), such as "Asking our unique killer questions" or "Gaining agreement on the next action."
2. Conduct peer role-plays and let the AI score them
New employees conduct online role-plays with other team members and invite the Jicoo bot. Managers do not need to attend. After the session, the AI automatically scores and provides feedback based on the set Custom Scores.
3. Implement "Self-Coaching" until the passing score is reached
New employees review the AI-calculated score and the "KPT (Keep/Problem/Try)" text to understand their areas for improvement. They autonomously repeat improvements (self-coaching) and role-plays based on the AI's feedback until they reach the target score.
Benefits of this workflow
By establishing a rule where only new employees who pass the AI's evaluation are allowed to handle actual negotiations (and are assigned leads), you can dramatically reduce the manager's coaching time. Furthermore, it prevents "opportunity losses caused by debuting in the field while still inexperienced," thereby raising the meeting quality of the entire team.
