Meeting Analysis settings (Team settings / Personal settings)

Meeting Analysis settings are split into team-wide settings and personal settings for your own events. Only admins can change the team-wide settings.

Team settings (admins only)

How to open

  1. Open “Team Settings”

  2. Select the “Meeting Analysis” tab (https://www.jicoo.com/admin/settings/recaps )

The settings page has the following tabs.

  • Basic settings

  • Insight settings

  • Knowledge

  • Custom scores

Basic settings

Transcript and recording import

Choose how your team imports transcripts and recordings. You can enable both; turning both off stops transcript and recording imports for the whole team.

  • Google Meet: Imports Google Meet recording and transcript files. Available with the Google Meet integration alone, without the Recording & AI Meeting Notes add-on (録画・AI議事録機能の追加契約).

  • AI Bot: The AI Bot joins the web meeting to capture the recording and transcript. Requires the Max plan or the add-on.

Default for analysis

From the methods enabled under “Transcript and recording import,” choose the import method used by default when no personal setting or per-event setting is specified.

Insight settings (turn the Insight tab ON/OFF)

If you turn off “Insights,” the Insight tab is hidden, and speaker analysis, guest experience, and custom scores are not generated. “Insights” is a display setting, not the switch that enables Meeting Analysis itself. To use Meeting Analysis, turn ON “Enable meeting recaps” in Team Settings > “Settings” tab > “Use of meeting recaps feature” (only for teams on the Max plan or with the add-on).

How to open

  1. Open “AI Meeting Notes” on the dashboard

  2. Open “Settings” on that screen (https://www.jicoo.com/dashboard/recaps/settings )

Transcription settings

Recording & transcript import method

Choose the import method used for events where you are the host. If you specify an import method for an event, that one takes precedence.

  • Use the team setting: Follows your team’s “Default for analysis.”

  • Use Google Meet's recording and transcript data: Analyzes meetings based on Google Meet recording and transcript data. You must have connected Google Meet Meeting Analysis (if you have not, you can connect it from “Integration”).

  • Bot participation: Jicoo AI joins booked meetings to record, transcribe, and analyze them. Requires the Max plan or the add-on.

Import methods that your team does not allow are not shown. If an import method you chose earlier is no longer allowed by your team, a warning is shown and imports with that method stop. Choose an allowed import method again, or ask a team admin to allow it.

AI Bot settings

These settings are used when importing with the AI Bot.

Automatic joining of booked meetings

Choose whether the AI Bot automatically joins meetings created from a booking page.

Mixed video layout

Choose the layout for the mixed video recorded by the AI Bot.

  • Speaker view

  • Gallery view

  • Audio only

Participant video during screen share

Choose how participant video is handled while a screen is being shared.

  • Hide

  • Show beside

  • Overlap
