Custom scores (define your own evaluation criteria)

Custom scores let you define your team’s own evaluation criteria and automatically score meetings based on the transcript (for example: sales quality, interview structure, value fit, etc.).

Who can do this?

  • Team admins (Admin or higher)

Add a custom score

  1. Open Meeting analysis settings

  2. Go to Custom scores

  3. Click Add a score

  4. Choose how to create it

    • Create from scratch

    • Create from templates

  5. Fill in Name, Description, (optional) Condition, and Criteria

  6. Click Create

Auto-generate criteria

After you enter a name and description, you can use Auto-generate to create a starting point for criteria. Review and customize the result before saving.

Where you can see custom scores

  • In the recap’s Insight tab

  • In Reports when you select the Custom score type

Limits

You can create up to 6 custom scores (may vary by plan/team).
