First Steps: What Administrators Can Do
Here are the main functions available to Jicoo administrators. For details and setup instructions for each function, please refer to the related links.
Member Management Add or remove team members, set permissions, and more.
Team-Wide Settings Change your team name, set a logo, configure shared booking pages, and manage service integrations.
Security Settings Configure security-related settings, such as IP address restrictions.
Subscription Plan Management Check or change your subscription plan and manage payment information.
Usage Analytics Check the booking status and usage statistics for the entire team.
Basic Settings
1. Account Registration
First, let's register for a Jicoo account!
2. Set Up Service Integrations
Let's configure the services you want to use with your team! Integrating with external services allows for smoother scheduling. Here are some of the most helpful services:
Calendar Integration
By linking with your usual Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, your availability is automatically reflected on your booking page, and new bookings are automatically added to your calendar.
Web Conferencing Tool Integration
Integrate with Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams to automatically generate and send a unique meeting URL to participants as soon as a booking is confirmed.
Slack Integration
Receive notifications for new bookings, changes, and more directly in Slack.
3. Complete Your Profile
Your profile helps your colleagues and scheduling partners get to know you! You can set your profile picture, calendar display color, and more by selecting "Profile Settings" from the team icon in the bottom left of the dashboard (or from Account Settings).
To the Profile Editing Screen
After logging into Jicoo, click the icon in the upper right corner of the screen (or your name) and proceed to the editing screen from items like "Account Settings" or "Profile."
Main Settings
Name/Display Name: This is the name displayed to your team members and the people you are scheduling with. Let's set a name that is easy to recognize.
Profile Picture: Setting a photo of yourself or an icon gives a sense of security and makes you more memorable.
Display on Booking Page: You can set whether to display the created booking pages on your public profile.

4. Finalize Team Settings
Customize your team's settings to create a user-friendly page for your members! From the team icon in the bottom left of the dashboard (or Team Settings), you can set your team name, profile picture, and more.

5. Invite Members
Invite members and start scheduling as a team! From the "Invite Members" section in Team Settings, enter the email addresses of the members you want to invite. Once the invited members complete their registration, they will appear in the member list.

Set Up Booking Page
Templates From the menu page > Booking Page Template List, you can view existing booking page templates and create new ones.
