Quick Start Guide for Members

Welcome to Jicoo! This guide will walk you through the basics of how to use Jicoo as a member to schedule smoothly.

What Members Can Do

As a member, you can do the following with Jicoo:

  • Create and Share Your Booking Page

    Easily create a dedicated booking page for interviews, meetings, and more, and share it with others.

  • Calendar Integration

    Connect with your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar to automatically show your availability. You'll never have to worry about double bookings.

  • Web Conferencing Tool Integration

    By linking with tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, a meeting URL is automatically generated and issued when a booking is confirmed.

  • Team Scheduling

    Easily coordinate meeting schedules with multiple people by checking the availability of your team members.

Basic Settings

Here are three steps to get you started with Jicoo.

1. Check Your Invitation Email and Register with Jicoo

  1. Open the Invitation Email

    You will receive an email from your team administrator with the subject line "Invitation to Jicoo, inc." If you can't find it, please check your spam folder.

  2. Start Registration
    Click the "Start for free" button in the email to proceed with account creation.

  3. Create Your Account

    Follow the on-screen instructions to connect with your Google, Microsoft, or Apple account, or sign up with your email address. If registering with an email address, your password must be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.

  4. First Login
    Once registration is complete, try logging into Jicoo.

2. Set Up Service Integrations

Jicoo becomes even more convenient when linked with external services. If your administrator has specified any integrations, be sure to set them up.

Calendar Integration

By linking with your usual Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, your availability is automatically reflected on your booking page, and new bookings are automatically added to your calendar.

Web Conferencing Tool Integration

Integrate with Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams to automatically generate and send a unique meeting URL to participants as soon as a booking is confirmed.

Slack Integration

Receive notifications for new bookings, changes, and more directly in Slack.

3. Set Up Your Profile

Your profile helps your colleagues and scheduling partners get to know you! You can set your profile picture, calendar display color, and more by selecting "Profile Settings" from the team icon in the bottom left of the dashboard (or from Account Settings).

  1. To the Profile Editing Screen: After logging into Jicoo, click the icon in the upper right corner of the screen (or your name) and proceed to the editing screen from items like "Account Settings" or "Profile."

  2. Main Settings:

If you're unsure how to use Jicoo or if a problem arises, try these methods to find a solution.

  • Check the Jicoo Help Center It contains a wealth of information about Jicoo's features and how to use them. Try searching with a keyword first.

  • Consult Your Team Administrator If you can't find a solution in the Help Center, or if you have questions about your team's specific rules, don't hesitate to ask your team's Jicoo administrator.
