Teams have separate permissions for owner, administrator, general user, and restricted user.

Permissions by Key Operation

Operation availability differs across Owner, Admin, Member, and Restricted User.

  • Member management (invite / remove / change role)

    • Owner: Allowed

    • Admin: Allowed

    • Member: Not allowed

    • Restricted User: Not allowed

  • Booking page participating member settings

    • Owner: Allowed

    • Admin: Allowed

    • Member: Limited

    • Restricted User: Not allowed / Limited

  • Automatic assignee allocation (round robin) settings

    • Owner: Allowed

    • Admin: Allowed

    • Member: Limited

    • Restricted User: Not allowed / Limited

Note: Final operation availability may vary depending on your plan, booking-page-level permission settings, and organization settings. If you cannot perform an action, please contact your team Owner or an Admin.
