Getting Started: Sign up, How to Create Booking Pages, and Flow of the Day

Sign up an account with Jicoo

First, Sign up an account with Jicoo.

To Sign up an account, please choose from the following methods.

  • Google

  • Microsoft

  • email

Sign up process with Google / Microsoft

Google

1 . From the top page, click on "Sign up with Google"

2. Click on "Sign up with Google"

3. Click ‘Next’ in the dialogue box

4. Sign in with your Google account and select all the information you wish to access

5. Scroll down and click "Continue" to complete your account registration !

Microsoft

1 . From the top page, click on "Sign up with Microsoft"

2. Click on "Sign up with Microsoft"

2 . The Permissions section will appear. Check it and click the Accept button at the bottom to complete your account Sign up.

email

1 . From the top page, click on "Sign up with email"

2 . Enter any email address and click "Get Started"

3 . Enter your password and click “Sign Up”

*Please use a combination of single-byte letters, numbers, and symbols, and make sure your password is at least 8 characters long.

4 . Click on the link in the confirmation email.



Preparation for use after Sign up

After Sign up, the following page will appear.

1 . Please enter your team name and click "Submit"

2. Please enter the display name and click "Next"

3 . Click “Add account” to link your calendar.

Multiple services can be set, including Google and Microsoft.

3 . Let’s set the times when bookings can be accepted.

For example, if you have meetings on Monday and Wednesday (13:00-18:00), you can set 13:00-18:00 on Monday and Wednesday as shown below, and that time will be the candidate Booking time.

*You can edit the Availability at a later time.

4 . Choose a basic design for the booking page and click "Done"

Please set your favorite design.

※ This setting can be changed later.

How to Create a Booking Page

Let's get started and create a Booking page.

In this article, we will show you how to create a Booking page assuming the following settings.

Contents to be set this time

  • 30-minute MTG with Zoom

  • 1on1

  • Monday (12:00 - 19:00) / Wednesday, Friday (10:00 - 19:00)

Flow of Creation

First, from the dashboard, click on "Add Booking Page".

Select “Event Type” from the list of new items.

Basic Setting

Enter a title in the basic settings on the booking page.

Give the title a name of your choice, such as "Meeting" or "Business Meeting.

Additional methods of conducting meetings can be added from the location.

If you wish to use services such as Google Meet or Zoom, please click on "Add Integration" and make the service integration.

Once integration is made, the URL of the service will also be issued when adding a location.

Also, multiple locations can be added.

※ Service integration can also be done from Settings > Integrations.

Duration can be set in the following items.

Description can be set in the following fields.

After completing the other required fields, press "Save".

Manage Availability

Manage Availability and other details can be set in the Availability Settings.

In this article, we will show you how to set the following conditions.

"Monday (12:00 - 19:00) / Wednesday and Friday (10:00 - 19:00)"

From "Availability", select "Make Individual Settings".

Once a template is set, the same settings can be called up on other Booking pages.

If you want to set up booking slots for Mondays (12:00 PM – 7:00 PM), follow the steps below.

  1. Click on any Monday

  2. Set the start time to “12:00” and the end time to “19:00”

  3. Repeat: Yes, set it to repeat every Monday

  4. Click “Save”

  5. Select “Every week” and click the Save button.

Next, Wednesday and Friday (10:00-19:00) should be set in the same way.

Also, if there are multiple days of the week in the same time zone, as in this case, it is possible to set them all at once.

1 . Click on any of the days that do not have a time set.

2 . Enter the start and end time, and select the day of the week (Wednesday or Friday) in "Repeat". Click Save.

Deletion Method

To delete a specific day of the week, such as Tuesday or Thursday, select "・・・"

in the upper right corner and click Delete.


Select "Every week" and click Save to delete the schedule for every Wednesday. (The same procedure can be used to delete schedules for other days of the week.)

After completing the other settings, click the Save button at the bottom of the page to create the Booking page.

Booking page URL sharing and guest interaction

Once you have created and set up your Booking page, obtain the URL of the Booking page and share it with your guests.

You can obtain the URL for accepting bookings by clicking the “Copy Link” icon next to the relevant booking page on the dashboard.

Once you have copied the link, share the URL with your partner using Messenger, Gmail, or any other tool you normally use to easily coordinate dates with a single URL.

How to Check Available Dates and Times

With Jicoo, you can display available dates and times to guests by setting your availability on the booking page.

How to Handle Unblocked Suggested Dates

If you want to edit or delete available time slots or proposed dates after creating a booking page, follow the steps below.

  1. Click the “︙” button on the booking page in question, then select “Edit” from the menu.

  2. Click the “Availability” tab.

  3. Scroll down the screen and use the “Booking Schedule” section to edit the booking hours, available times, and suggested dates. Once you have finished editing, click both the ① and ② save buttons.

Jicoo x Collaborative Calendar

When Jicoo is integrated with Google Calendar, Microsoft, or other services, Jicoo's calendar will automatically reflect appointments entered in other services.

Use Jicoo more comfortably by taking advantage of service integration.

What to Do If Available Dates Are Not Displayed

If the candidate dates you have set do not appear on the Booking page you have created, you can use the debug mode to see why certain times of the day do not appear as available for Booking. (This function is only available to hosts.)

After Booking is confirmed - the day of the event

After sharing the URL of the Booking page with the other party, when the date is confirmed Please access and implement it via e-mail or calendar.

Other

Calendar function

Jicoo can connect to multiple calendars for integrated appointment management.

Click on the calendar icon on the menu bar next to the dashboard.

The calendar function of the dashboard lists these integrated appointments in the calendar UI, and you can also enter appointments from Jicoo and register them in your connected Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook / Offce 365 calendar.

One-off

This feature allows you to create a Booking page for scheduling directly on the calendar.

First select the plus button next to the dashboard and click on "One-off meeting".

"One-off" feature allows you to coordinate dates while checking the schedules of team members, making it easier to coordinate with multiple team members and facilitating smooth schedule coordination.

*Supplemental, this adjustment method is invalid after one adjustment (the same applies to Poll).

Meeting Poll

This function allows you to create a Booking page for multiple people to vote on potential dates.

First select the plus button next to the dashboard and click on "Meeting Poll".

*The URL for the schedule vote will be disabled once the adjustments are completed.

Changing Plans and Paying for Paid Plans

How to Change Plans

To change plans, please select the appropriate plan from the Pricing page.

※ If you wish to cancel a paid plan, please select the Free plan.

Payment Cycle for Paid Plans

Settlement will be made in 1-year or 1-month increments based on the date of application for the paid plan. After that, the subscription will be automatically renewed and the payment will be made in annual or monthly units.

In the case of monthly payment, if the subscription is made on September 30, the renewal date will be October 30, followed by November 30, December 30, and so on in one-month cycles. In the case of annual payment, the renewal date is September 30 of the following year, and the contract will be renewed on a one-year cycle.
