What is Availability Scheduling?

Availability can be set up on the reservation page to show the proposed dates and times to the guests.

Availability is blocked in the following cases

・The appointment is scheduled in Jicoo's calendar.

・The appointment is in the linked calendar. (The appointment is in the Calendar & Resource accounts Connections

・Out of the adjustable time range.

Setting Availability Schedule

1 . From the appropriate booking page, select "Edit".

2 . You can set up your booking by going to Availability >Availability

Settings can be made in the calendar or in a list.

With a calendar, you can delete individual dates.

For smartphones, only a list is available.

About Repeat

By setting "Yes" to "Repeat", you can set the time for each day of the week to be repeated.

(↓Set up 10:00 to 18:00 for Monday through Friday.)

※Candidate times will be blocked if there is a schedule.

※If you do not want to set the time repeatedly, select "None".

Delete a specific time

To delete a time, select the appropriate time and click the button in the red frame.

Deletion can be done in the following two patterns.

When you share a booking page, it will appear as follows

The time you manage Availability will be displayed on the booking page as a candidate time. The times that have not been set will be hidden.

Note that if the candidate time is not displayed, you can check the reason why it is blocked in debug mode.

Setting example

Set a time for each day of the week through

Set 10:00 to 18:00 for Monday through Friday in a repeating schedule.

*Candidate time will be blocked if there is a schedule.

  • In case of 1 hour duration and 60 minutes interval: available times are displayed in 1-hour increments of 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, and so on.

  • In the case of 1 hour and 30 minutes between times: 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12:00, 12:30, and so on are displayed.

Set the time at intervals

Set the time at 10:00 to 11:30, 12:00 to 13:30, or 14:00 to 15:30 on any day of the week in a repeating schedule.

*Candidate times will be blocked if a schedule is available.

  • For a required time of 90 minutes and time interval of 60 minutes: Candidate times are displayed at 10:00, 12:00, and 14:00.

  • If the required time is 30 minutes and the time interval is 30 minutes: Candidate times are displayed at 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 12:00, 12:30, 13:00, 14:00, 14:30, and 15:00.
