Reception time limit.

You can disallow reservations for more than the maximum time per day, week, or month by setting a maximum time limit.

1 . From the Dashboard, click "Edit" on the appropriate Booking page.

2 . Click Manage Availability.

3 . Manage Availability from "Reception time limit".

How to make the most of it.

It is possible to limit the number of times a Booking can be accepted in a day or week on a per Booking page basis.

The following is a use case for utilizing the "maximum time limit for accepting reservations".

ex ) If you want to have one meeting per day with a turnaround time of 60 minutes.

ex ) If you want to have two meetings in one day with a time required of 60 minutes.

ex ) If you want to limit the number of meetings to one per day and three per week.

Examples of other settings.

Maximum reception time per day set at 60 minutes.

・Guests will not be able to select dates and times scheduled for more than 60 minutes per day.

・No more than 60 minutes per day will be available when changing appointment times.

Maximum reception time per week set at 60 minutes.

・Guests will not be able to select a scheduled date and time that exceeds 60 minutes per week, starting on Sunday and ending on Saturday.

・No more than 60 minutes per week will be available when changing appointment times.

Maximum reception time per month set at 60 minutes.

・Guests will not be able to select a scheduled date and time that exceeds 60 minutes per month, starting on the 1st and ending on the last day of the month.

・No more than 60 minutes per month will be available when changing appointment times.

Reception limit on the number of times a guest

By setting a maximum number of bookings for a guest, it is possible to disallow accepting more than the maximum number of bookings for a particular guest.

1 . From the Dashboard, click "Edit" on the appropriate Booking page.

2 . Click Manage Availability.

3 . Set from "Reception limit on the number of times a guest".

How to use it.

It is possible to limit the number of bookings accepted in a day or week for a specific guest per Booking page.

This can be used to control the number of bookings from a guest.

ex ) If you want to have one meeting per day with the same guest.

Change the Reception limit on the number of times a guest can be accepted to "Setup" and set it to "Once" per day.

ex ) If you want to have two meetings with the same guest in one day.

Change the Reception limit on the number of times a guest can be accepted to "Setup" and set it to "2 " per day.

ex ) If you want to have no more than one meeting per day with the same guest and three meetings per week.

The Reception limit on the number of times a guest can be accepted per person was changed to "Setup" and set to "1 time" per day and "3 times" per week.

Example

Set limit of 1 receptionist per guest per day.

  • Guests will not be able to select a day for which a logged-in guest has already made one reservation.

  • If a non-logged-in guest tries to make a reservation on a day that has already been reserved once, a message will be displayed indicating that the reservation cannot be made.

  • When changing the reservation time, the guest cannot change the reservation to a day for which the same guest has already made a reservation.

Set limit of 1 reception per guest per week.

  • Guests will not be able to select a week for which a logged-in guest has already made one reservation, starting on Sunday and ending on Saturday.

  • If a guest who is not logged in tries to make a reservation for a week for which he/she has already made one reservation, the guest will be notified that he/she cannot make a reservation.

  • When changing the appointment time, the guest will not be able to change to a week for which the same guest already has another appointment.

Set limit of 1 reception per guest per month.

  • Starting from the 1st day of the month until the last day of the month, a guest will not be able to select a week for which a guest who is currently logged in has already made one reservation.

  • If a guest tries to make a reservation in a month in which an unlogged-in guest has already made one reservation, the guest will be notified that the reservation cannot be made.

  • When changing the appointment time, the guest will not be able to change the appointment to a month in which the same guest already has another appointment.

Q&A about settings

Q . Which has priority over the number of seats or restrictions for seminar bookings?

A. Once the limit is reached, whichever comes first, the next reservation will not be available.

  • If the upper limit is not reached and there are no seats remaining → Reservation not possible due to no seats remaining

    If the maximum number of seats has been reserved and there are seats remaining → Reservations are not possible due to the limit imposed by the maximum number of seats.

Q . I want to remove restrictions when they are imposed.

A. Please try the following methods.

  • Change the limit setting to "do not set

  • Increase the upper limit of the limit

  • Cancel reservations that have already been made so that the limit is not reached

Q. What if I have multiple booking pages?

A. This setting is valid for each reservation page.

Since the limit is set for each reservation page, reservations from other reservation pages will not affect the reservation page that has the limit set.

Q . Is it possible to limit the number of times an un-logged-in user

A. Based on the e-mail address entered when submitting reservation, reservations from the same e-mail address are subject to restrictions
