Can a guest change or cancel a date?

Updated yesterday

Guests may change the date or cancel their booking provided the following conditions are met.

Conditions under which guests may change the date or cancel

  • The ‘Cancellation or rescheduling by guests’ setting on the booking page must be set to ‘On

  • It must be before the start date and time of the booking
