The Guest Dashboard function is a feature that allows you to view a list of bookings, messages, and notifications created by your guests. The Guest Dashboard function is available on the Guest Mode screen.
Switching from Host Mode to Guest Mode
To switch from Host mode to Guest mode, click the team icon in the lower left corner of the Host mode screen, then click “To Guest Mode”.

To switch from Guest mode to Host mode, click the Guest icon in the lower left corner of the Guest mode screen, and then click “To Host Mode”.
List of bookings
The Guest Mode Booking List displays a list of bookings made as a guest.
① Incoming/Done
... Clicking on the “Incoming” tab displays a list of bookings that have not yet been completed. Clicking on the “Done” tab will display a list of bookings that have passed the end time of the event.
② All Status/Active/Canceled
... You can select one of the following statuses: “All status”, “Active”, or “Canceled”.
All status: Displays a list of all bookings, whether they are active or cancelled.
Active: All bookings with active status (i.e., not cancelled) are displayed in the list.
Canceled: Only bookings with a status of “Canceled” are displayed in the list.
③Filtering by Date and Time
... You can set the period of time to filter the listings. Click the “Date and Time” button and select a date and time from the calendar to narrow down the list of bookings to be displayed.
④ Specify order of acceptance/implementation
... The list of bookings is sorted by the order in which they were created or the date they started.
⑤ Specify ascending/descending order
... The list of bookings can be displayed in ascending or descending order.
⑥ Date and time of the booking
⑦ Host name
⑧ Company name of the host
⑨ Title of the booking
⑩ Icon of the participant
⑪ Location of the booking
⑫ Event Detail
... Click to display the “Event Detail” screen.
⑬Key mark (only if you selected the “Incoming” status in ①)
... Click to “Reschedule” or “Cancel” the booking.
Message List
The message list can be opened from the Guest Mode screen side menu > Message icon.
The message list shows the history of bookings made and messages exchanged with the host.
Clicking on each message will display the booking details screen. If there are multiple messages exchanged, only the last message of the exchange will be displayed in the message list.

When a new message is sent from the host, a blue batch is displayed in the upper right corner of the message with the time it was received.
Notification List
The Notification List can be opened from the Guest mode screen side menu > Notification icon.
The Guest Mode Notification List displays notifications when a booking is rescheduled or canceled by the host. A blue batch appears in the upper right corner of the notification .
Settings
The Settings menu can be opened from the Guest Mode screen side menu > Settings icon.
①Edit Profile
... Click the “Edit” button to change the guest's profile image, time zone, and language settings.
② Account Settings
... Clicking on the “Account Settings” button allows you to change the password and name used for login.
③ Appearance mode
... You can select the display color of Jicoo from “Light” or “Dark”.
④ Open with the application
... Clicking this button launches the Jicoo application.
⑤ Logout
... Log out of Jicoo by clicking on it.
