You can follow the procedures below to suspend the acceptance of new bookings and to disable changes to existing bookings.
Disabling New Bookings
If you want to stop accepting new bookings on a booking page, you must disable that booking page.
Disabling a Booking Page
In the booking page list, click the [ ︙ ] icon next to the booking page you want to disable, then select “Deactivate.”

Deactivated Booking Page
On a deactivated booking page, the message “Bookings are now closed” appears, and new bookings are no longer accepted.
Disabling Changes to Existing Bookings
To disable changes to existing bookings, you must set “Cancellation or rescheduling by guests” to “Off” on the Bookings page.
If you set “Cancellation or rescheduling by guests” to “Off,” guests will not be able to make changes to their bookings via email or the Guest Dashboard.
Changing Settings for Accepting Guest Modifications
Open the edit page for the booking page where you want to stop accepting modifications.
Click “Workflow.”
In the “Cancellation or rescheduling by guests” section, select “Off” and save.
