Disabling Email Notifications
To disable email notifications for existing appointments, you must set the email notification to “OFF” on the booking page edit screen.
For each booking page, you can set the following email types to “On” or “Off”:
Confirmation Email
Reminder Email
Cancellation Email
Follow-up Email
*These email notification settings apply to both newly created bookings and existing bookings. (You cannot disable email notifications for existing bookings only.)
Changing Email Notification Settings
You can change email notification settings by going to Edit Booking Page > Workflow.
Setup Instructions
Open the edit page for the booking for which you want to disable email notifications.
Click “Workflow.”
Set the email notification to “OFF” and save. That completes the setup.
*If the booking page is deactivated
If the booking page is deactivated, new bookings will no longer be accepted; however, if email notifications are enabled, they will continue to be sent.
Even if the booking page is deactivated, if you wish to stop email notifications, please follow the steps above to disable them.
