Reminders and follow-up e-mails set on the booking page are sent before and after the booking date.

If you turn off the reminder and follow-up e-mails on the booking page, notifications will be turned off for new bookings and all existing bookings made before the setting change.

It is not possible to turn off notifications only for existing appointments.

If the booking page is disabled, new bookings will be stopped, but reminders and follow-up e-mails will still be available for existing bookings.

If you wish to stop notifications for the disabled booking page, you must stop the reminder and follow-up email notifications as well.
