What are the Notification Settings for LINE integration?

LINE integration notification settings is a function that allows you to set up a message to be sent to the guest's LINE when the guest creates a booking. You can flexibly customize the message to be sent to the LINE using template variables.

(The LINE integration feature is available for Jicoo Team plans and above.)

Customizable Messages

The following messages can be customized in the notification settings for LINE integration.

  • Completion Message

  • Cancellation Message

  • Reminder Message

  • Follow-up Message After Meeting

Team Settings and Individual Page Settings

There are two levels of settings for LINE integration notification settings:

  1. Team-wide settings

    • Default settings that apply to all booking pages for the entire team.

    • Only users with administrative privileges can edit these settings.

    • Settings can be configured and edited from the “More” > “Integration” > “LINE” > "More Detail".

  2. Individual page settings

    • Allows you to make individual settings for specific booking pages

    • Override team-wide settings

    • This feature is available by enabling “Edit Booking Page” > "Integration" > “LINE” > "Setting"> "LINE Integration"

For guests to receive LINE messages

In order for guests to receive LINE messages, they must be registered as LINE friends at the time of booking.

Please note that messages will not be sent to the guest's LINE if the guest has not registered as a LINE friend.

Editing Messages

Setting whether or not messages are sent to LINE

If the button to the right of each message is turned ON, the corresponding message will be sent to the guest's LINE when a booking is created. If the button to the right of the message is turned OFF, the corresponding message will not be sent to the guest's LINE.

Editing Canned Messages

Template variables can be used to create canned messages to be sent to guests.

Template variables are converted to any date, time, and text to be sent to guests.

Message Preview

You can check the preview of the message to be sent to the guest's LINE.

For completion, cancellation, and reminder messages, the canned messages you set will be reflected in the red frame area of the image.

Setting the time to send a message

The following messages allow you to set the time for sending messages.

  • Reminder Message

  • Follow-up Message After Meeting

Sending time of reminder message

You can set a time to send a reminder message “〇 Minutes Before,” “〇 Hours Before,” or “〇 Days Before” the start date and time of the booking.

Clicking the “Add” button in the reminder message allows you to set multiple times to send the message.

Sending time for follow-up messages after implementation

You can set the time to send a message at “〇 Minutes After,” the end date and time of the booking. Note that only one time can be set as the send time.
