Co-seating among externally connected members is a feature that allows multiple externally connected members who do not have Jicoo accounts to be on the same booking page.

This feature can be used when two or more members of the same company are present with the externally connected member, or when members of different companies are present.

To use cohabitation between externally connected members, go to Integration > Jicoo Connect > Settings and select “Permission to be present.”.

*The default setting is “Not permitted to be present”.

Note that the “Settings” button will not appear if the Jicoo Connect function is not enabled.　Please click the “Connect” button to activate the Jicoo Connect function.

From Jicoo Connect's Edit Booking Page > External Users, select the external connection member you wish to be present with.

You can narrow down the search by name and e-mail address of the externally connected member.

*Only the externally connected member you are in charge of will be displayed in the selection candidates.

If you have set up a booking page acceptance email, etc., an email will be sent to each externally connected member when the guest (the person making the booking) creates the MTG.

*If an externally connected member does not appear in the selection candidates, the reason may be that you have not been set as the person in charge of the externally connected member.

If the externally connected member you wish to set up does not appear in the selection candidates, please contact your Team Management.

On the booking page that is sent to the guest, the icon shows the externally connected member listed at the top of the page in Edit Booking Page > External Users.

Other externally connected members and members in the same booking page can be seen by clicking “〇 Others”.

In the event detail, you can see the participants and externally connected members on the booking page by clicking on the participant's icon.
