On Jicoo, you can choose to keep your email address private when accepting bookings.
If you keep your email address private, all communication with guests will take place exclusively via Jicoo.
*Please note that email addresses are not disclosed during communications via Jicoo.
You can choose the option that best suits your circumstances, allowing you to use Jicoo’s scheduling service with complete peace of mind.
Email Address Visibility Settings
You can change the settings to make the e-mail address public by going to " Edit Booking Page > Workflow > Share email address".
Open the edit page for the booking page where you wish to edit the email address visibility settings
Click [Workflow]
Scroll down the [Workflow] page
Under [Share email address], select [Public] or [Hidden], then click [Submit].
If you select [Public] for Share email address
If you select [Public] for Share email address, the host’s email address will appear in the email sent to guests.
If you select [Hidden] for Share email address
If you select [Hidden] for Share email address, the e-mail address field will be hidden.
