When will the Remind Mail be sent?

Remind Mail are sent one hour before the booking start time by default.

To change the reminder email send time, navigate to Booking Page Edit > Workflow > Remind Mail. For detailed steps, please see here.

Sending Time

You can set the reminder time in days, hours, or minutes. Additionally, you can configure multiple reminders (up to five times).

Recipients

Reminder emails are sent to both the host and guests of the booking.

When multiple bookings occur on the same day

As reminder emails are sent for each created booking, multiple reminders will be received if there are several appointments scheduled within a single day.

How to change the sending time for reminder emails

The sending time for reminder emails can be adjusted using the following steps.

  1. Click the “︙” icon on the booking page for which you wish to change the reminder email sending time.

  2. Click “Edit” from the menu.

  3. Click “Workflow” on the booking page edit page.

  4. Changing the reminder email send time from the send time section of Remind Mail.

    Clicking “+ Add” allows you to set multiple times for sending reminder emails.

  5. Click “Submit” to save your changes.
