How to change the sending time of the reminder email

To change the time at which reminder emails are sent, you must be on a Team plan or higher.

Normally, schedule reminder emails for appointments are sent one hour before the booking start time.

Features available with the Team plan and above

  • You can adjust the settings for reminder emails by the day, hour or minute (※ Settings can be set for 1–28 days in advance, 1–23 hours in advance or 1–59 minutes in advance.)

  • You can set up multiple reminder emails (up to 5)

How to change the send time for reminder emails

You can change the send time for reminder emails by following the steps below.

  1. Open the edit page for the booking page
    Click the ‘︙’ icon on the booking page for which you wish to change the reminder email send time, then select ‘Edit’ from the menu.

  2. Click the ‘Workflow’

  3. Scroll down the screen and edit the ‘Send time’ for the reminder email

  4. Click the ‘Submit’ button to apply the edited send time
