The schedule reminder email is sent one hour before the scheduled appointment.

You can change the reminder time and frequency of reminder e-mails in "Edit Booking Page" > "Notification/Privacy".

You can change the settings for sending reminder e-mails daily, hourly, or minutely. Setting multiple reminders (up to 5) is also possible.

You can set the time from 1 to 28 days, from 1 to 23 hours, or from 1 to 59 minutes before the reminder email.
