Feature Overview
Automatic assignment (Round Robin) is a feature that automatically assigns a person in charge when the condition for extracting booking dates is set to "Any available member can attend."
How to Set Up
You must create a team that includes the members you want to assign bookings to beforehand.
Create a booking page
In the booking page editor > Participants > Booking condition, select "Any available member can attend."
Enable "Automatic assignment (Round Robin)."
If you select "Distribute evenly"
Bookings will be assigned evenly to all set members, in order from the top of the member list.
If you select "Assign based on priority"
Bookings will be assigned in order, starting from the member with the highest priority.
