What is Routing?
Jicoo allows you to create web forms for various purposes such as inquiries, surveys, and event applications.

In addition, by setting up a routing function for the created form, it is possible to automate the assignment of inquiries to the booking calendar of the person or department in charge, thereby increasing the speed of business negotiations and conversion rates.
Set up a booking page for the appropriate person according to the content of the form entry.
Example: When "Tokyo", "Osaka", and "Fukuoka" are entered in the form, we want to display the booking page for each area representative.
1 . From the "Routing Form" dashboard, click "Edit" for the appropriate form.
2 . From Routing>Routing Form>Routing, select "Add a route".
Set up each form as follows and click Save.
※ Note that booking pages hosted by someone other than yourself will not be displayed, so you must specify the URL as follows.
This completes the setup.
Other Notes
Items in the Routing Settings pull-down menu will not be displayed unless they have been preconfigured in the appropriate Form > Basic Settings > Questions
