You have not added a bot
If Slack notifications are not coming to the selected channel,
Please add the bot manually to the specified channel again (post "/invite @Jicoo" to the corresponding channel).
There are not enough members to be linked to Slack
If you have not specified a channel on the booking page
Automatic assignment of the person in charge (round-robin): All members (except for notified members)
Settings other than the above: All booking page owners
When a channel is specified on the booking page
Automatic assignment of contact person (round-robin): All members (except notified members)
Settings other than the above: All booking page owners
The screen shows “Connected” but no notifications are sent
If Slack credentials fail to refresh, the service integration screen can keep showing “Connected” while notifications are no longer sent.
In that case, disconnect Slack from the service integration screen and connect it again. After reconnecting, please also check your notification channel settings.
