In the event of a connection failure in calendar linking

In the event of a malfunction in the calendar linking connection, the owner of the booking page and the account that caused the malfunction will be notified via e-mail and Slack.
*When the calendar to be referred to is checked

Dates when all members can participate

  • Booking page stopped

  • With notification

Schedule that any one of the members can participate

  • Booking page is stopped (in case of a calendar malfunction for all members)

  • With notification (in case of calendar failure for all members)

Automatic assignment of appointments

  • Booking page is stopped (in case of a calendar malfunction for all members)

  • With notification (when assigned to a faulty appointment or when everyone's calendar is faulty)

Checking calendar settings

First, please check the account to be linked by going to "Account Settings > Calendar Linkage". The following URL can be used to check.

If the check box for the account is checked, it means the account is connected.

If the account is not linked (check box is not displayed)

Please follow the navigation to reconnect.

When reconnecting, please check all the checkboxes in the Google authentication.

If the connection is established

You need to set "Calendar to check appointments" and "Calendar to add appointments" respectively.

If you have administrative rights to the calendar, you can set them.

Procedures for canceling and re-linking

If the above does not resolve the problem, please follow the steps below to check at which stage the connection error occurs.

Cancel Google Calendar integration (only if the integration is in progress)

1. Cancel the calendar linkage on Jicoo side.

2. Cancel Jicoo's access rights on the third-party app that has access to your Google account.

Connect with Google Calendar

3. Connect with Google Calendar

4. Go to Google side and authenticate your account

5. Approve the connection on the connection screen with Google

Check the box in the red frame.

6. Go back to Jicoo side, and the Google connection button is set to "Cancel" (connection success).

7. Check the account to be linked in "Account Settings > Calendar Linkage" at the following URL Calendar connection

If the account is checked, the connection is established.

Publication of Google Calendar

In order to block the schedule when you adjust your schedule on Jicoo, you need to set your Google Calendar's public settings to " With Schedule".
