If you have a calendar linkage in Jicoo and the candidate dates are not blocked, first check to see if the "Calendar to check for appointments" is checked in the calendar linkage.
If there is no problem with the linkage,In order to block an appointment when scheduling with Jicoo, the Outlook calendar must be set to publish as " Tentative," " Busy," or " Away".
*Please note that if you set "Available" or "Working elsewhere", the appointment will be displayed as a candidate date and registered as an appointment.
About appointments that are still being synchronized
While an Outlook appointment is still being synchronized to Jicoo, it will not be reflected as blocked until the synchronization is completed, and the time slot may temporarily appear as available.
If candidate dates are not blocked even though the publication setting is set to "Busy" or similar, please wait a while and check again. If the appointment is still not blocked after some time, please contact our support team.
