If you have a calendar integration in Jicoo and the proposed dates are not blocked, first check to see if the “Calendar to check for appointments” is checked in the calendar integration.
If there is no problem with the integration, you will need to set one of the Apple iCloud calendar publication methods to “With Appointments” in order to block the appointment when you book in Jicoo.
How to publish Apple iCloud Calendar
* Appointments set to “With Appointments” will be blocked on Jicoo's booking page.
* The appointments set to “No appointments” will not be blocked on Jicoo's booking page.
In Apple iCloud Calendar, you can select “With Appointments” or “Without Appointments” in the “Show Appointments” setting. If you set the appointment to “No Appointment”, the appointment will be shown as available for booking at that time.
