When linked with Slack, it is possible to be notified by Slack of schedule approval or schedule changes on the schedule adjustment page.

How to specify a channel for Slack notifications
After the Slack integration is complete, you will be able to select Slack notifications on the booking page.
Go to "Edit Booking Page" > "Integration" and enable the Slack integration settings.
Channel specification by candidate search
If channels are connected, select and save the channel to be notified within Slack.
※After saving, manually add the bot to the channel (post "**/invite @Jicoo**" to the appropriate channel).
Channel specification by manual input
You can specify a channel by entering the channel name and clicking the “Confirm” button.
If you do not find a channel in the list of choices, you will need to invite @Jicoo by sending “/invite @Jicoo” on the Slack channel first. After sending the message, enter the channel name and click the “Confirm” button.
※If an error occurs when specifying a channel by manual input, it may be due to a spelling error when entering the name.
If the error persists, please follow the steps below to ensure that the channel name is entered correctly.

1. Open Slack
2. Right-click on the channel name you want to connect to
3. Click Copy > Copy Name
4. Paste the copied channel name into the input field
※Due to Slack specifications, it is not possible to specify which channels to retrieve.

Once you have set up the bot, you will receive notifications on the specified channel when an appointment is made or changed on the schedule adjustment page. Notifications will also be sent to appointments created on Jicoo's internal calendar. (Invited members other than the creator will be notified.)
Causes and remedies for cases where the channel you want to connect to cannot be found or an error message is displayed.
If you cannot find the channel you want to connect to, or if you receive an error message when you click Confirm, the possible causes are.
A misspelling exists in the channel name
You have not invited @Jicoo to your channel
To invite @Jicoo to your Slack channel, follow these steps.

2. Click on the appropriate channel
3. Type “/invite @Jicoo” in the message field and send
4. @Jicoo is invited to your channel
