You can customize the reception completion email when a guest makes a booking.

Edit booking page > Workflow > Reception Completion Email, and check the "Personalize" box here.

You can change the following email settings

  • Acceptance completion mail

  • Cancellation email

  • Reminder email

  • Follow-up email
