Charges for additional seats added during the contract period
Charges for additional seats added during the contract period
Updated over a year ago

If you already own a seat and purchase an additional seat during the contract period of that seat, you will be billed on a pro-rated basis from the day you purchase the additional seat to the next contract renewal date.

In the case of additional seat purchases on a monthly basis

The additional seat will be charged on a pro-rated basis until the next monthly contract renewal date.

The formula for calculating the daily fee is as follows

Total daily fee = ( Monthly fee / Number of days in the month ) x Number of days remaining including the day of the month

Adding a seat to the annual fee

The additional seats will be calculated on a daily basis only for the month of application, and the monthly fee will be used for subsequent months. The billing will be processed in a lump sum at the time of addition.

The billing amount for annual payment is (1) + (2) of the following formula.

(1) For the month of application

Total daily charge = ( Monthly charge / Number of days in the month ) x Number of days remaining including the day of the month

(1) For subsequent months

(1) Subsequent months = Monthly fee × Number of remaining months

(Example)
January 1, 2023 Annual contract application 10 seats
June 15, 2023 Purchase 2 additional seats
January 1, 2024 Annual payment ends and contract is renewed

In the above case, the calculation for the additional 2 licenses will be calculated on a daily basis for the 15 days from June 15, 2023 to June 30, 2023, and on a monthly basis for the 6 months from July 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, and the combined amount will be billed in a lump sum.

Total usage fee for 1 year when 2 additional seats are added after 10 seats are added

( 10 seats x 12 months ) + ( ( ( Monthly usage fee / 30 days of June ) x 15 days x 2 licenses ) + ( Monthly usage fee x remaining 6 months of addition x 2 licenses )
