One seat must be purchased to invite one member to a paid plan team.
What is a seat?
To invite a member to join your paid plan team, you need to purchase enough seats for the number of members you wish to invite.
If you run out of seats, you can purchase additional seats later. You can freely replace members within the number of seats you have.
A fee is charged for each seat you own.
If the number of members assigned to a seat is changed in the middle of a subscription, no additional fees will be incurred as long as the number of licenses held remains unchanged.
Seats can be used until the renewal date. If you add a seat, it will be added immediately, but if you delete a seat, the number of seats you deleted will be applied from the next renewal date.
Plans and Contract Term
Plans and contract terms are standardized within a team. Different members cannot use different plans and contract periods.
A team of 6 members is planning to use the Team plan.
You need to add 6 seats.
A team of 6 members is planning to use the Team Plan, but the number of members is not yet determined, so we would like to start with 2 members.
You can purchase 2 seats in the Team Plan first, and then purchase 4 additional seats when the number of members increases. You can also purchase 6 seats from the beginning and use only 2 of them.
I purchased 6 seats in the Team plan, but I want to use only 2 of them in another plan.
Teams must use the same plan, and it is not possible to use only 2 seats on a different plan.
I purchased 6 seats but only used 2 of them, so I want to cancel 4 seats.
