Zoom meeting URLs can be issued individually from the appointment details.

The appointment details can be opened from the appointment list.

URLs can be easily issued by clicking the Zoom icon (red frame) from + in the appointment details.
Scheduled Zoom meeting IDs expire after a certain amount of time. Please refer to Zoom Help for details.

After confirming the dialog, issue.

The Zoom URL can be emailed to guests and members at the same time. *Once accessed, it will be disabled.
