I want to edit a confirmed booking.

Updated over a week ago

This section provides information on how to change a confirmed reservation.

Changing a booking

You can make changes from the list of schedules.

*In the case of seminar reservations, only cancellation is available and editing is not possible.

Click the icon in the upper right corner of the schedule you wish to edit and select Edit.

Modify the item you want to edit. Currently, the following items can be modified

  • Name

  • Dates (note that whether or not the modified date is available is not taken into account)

  • Description

  • Participants

If you press Save, a dialog box will appear asking if you want to notify the participants by e-mail about the changes you have made.

  • If Back to Edit is pressed, the edit is not confirmed and the user returns to the edit screen

  • If you press "Send," the changes and a message to the guest (not yet inputted) will be sent by e-mail.

  • If you do not send, the changes will be confirmed, but no message will be sent to the guest.

This completes the editing of the reservation.

Notes on Changing Participants or Rescheduling

If you change the participants or the schedule, a new URL (for Zoom, etc.) will be issued for the updated member. (Guests will be notified of the change along with the new URL. Reminder emails will also use the updated URL.)

*Even if you add another member without changing the organizer, a new Zoom URL will be reissued for that same organizer. If you choose to notify guests, they will receive the new URL at that time.

Please note that any Zoom URLs (or similar) issued when the reservation was first created will become invalid.

Editing Guest Responses

You can make changes from the list of schedules.

Click "Edit" on the appointment details page.

Modify the items you wish to edit.

If you press Save, a dialog box will appear asking if you want to notify participants about the changes by e-mail.

  • If you click "Back to Edit," the edit is not confirmed and you will be returned to the edit page.

  • If you click "Send," the changes and a message to the guest (which can be left blank) will be sent by e-mail.

  • If you do not send, your edits will be confirmed, but no message will be sent to the guest.

This completes the editing of the response.
