I want to edit a confirmed booking.

Here is how to change the details of a confirmed booking.

You can change the dates of a confirmed booking via the booking list.

*Please note that for seminar bookings, you can only cancel the booking; you cannot edit the details.

Changing your booking details

You can change your booking details by following the steps below.

  1. Click the [︙] icon in the top right-hand corner of the schedule for which you wish to change the booking details.

  2. Select [Edit].

  3. Edit the items you wish to change. You can edit the following items.

    • Name

    • Dates (note that whether or not the modified date is available is not taken into account)

    • Description

    • Participants

    • Notification recipients


  4. Click [Save]

  5. If you enter a [Message to guests] in the confirmation dialogue and click the [Send] button, the changes and your message to the guests will be sent by email.

    • If you click [Back to editing], the changes will not be saved and you will return to the booking edit screen.

    • If you click [Don't send], the changes will be saved but the email to the guests will not be sent.

This completes the editing of the booking details.

Notes on Changing Participants or Rescheduling

Regarding the participation link

If there are any changes to the participants or the schedule, a new participation link (e.g. for Zoom) will be issued.

*Please note that the participation link issued when the booking was made will be invalidated.

About email notifications

Participants (guests)

  • Only if you select [Send] under [Send changes to guests via email?] will you be notified by email of the changes and the newly generated participation URL.

  • The newly generated participation URL will also be included in the reminder email.

CC Member

  • Regardless of whether you select [Send] or [Don't send] under [Send changes to guests via email?], you will receive an email notification containing the changes and the newly generated participation URL.

  • The newly generated participation URL will also be included in the reminder email.

*If you add another member without changing the host, the Zoom URL will be reissued whilst retaining the same host. When you notify the guests, they will be sent the new URL at that time.


Editing Guest Responses

You can make changes from the list of schedules.

Here are the specific steps for editing a guest’s response.

  1. Click the [︙] icon in the top-right corner of the schedule for which you wish to change a guest’s response.

  2. Click "Event Detail".

  3. On the event details page, click [Edit] under [Guest Information].

  4. Make the necessary changes to the items you wish to edit, then click [Submit].

  5. If you enter a [Message to guests] in the confirmation dialogue box and click the [Send] button, the changes and your message to guests will be sent by email.

    • If you click "Back to editing," the edit is not confirmed and you will be returned to the edit page.

    • If you click "Don't send", your edits will be confirmed, but no message will be sent to the guest.

This completes the editing of the response.
