I want to publish several booking pages on one page / Booking page does not appear on my profile page

Profile Page

If you want to publish several booking pages (several booking entry points) under a single URL, use this profile page. Turn on “Show on Profile” for each booking page and they will be listed together there.

*This is a different feature from the team common calendar, which lets a team share one calendar account for recording bookings. If you want to record bookings in a single calendar, see How to set up a team common calendar / What is a common calendar.

This setting is off by default on newly created booking pages. Creating a booking page does not make it appear here, so turn the setting on using the steps below.

On the Profile Page, you can view a list of your account's booking pages.

Conditions for Displaying on the Profile Page

💡 To display the booking page on your profile page, the following conditions must be met.

  • “Display on Profile Page” must be set to ON
*If “Display on Profile Page” is set to OFF, the booking page will not appear on your profile page.

  • Your host display name must be set to either “Team Name + Individual’s name” or “Individual’s name”
*If your host display name is set to “Team Name,” the booking page will not appear on your profile page.

  • The booking page must be enabled
*A disabled booking page does not appear on the profile page.

How to Configure Display Settings for the Profile Page

You can set whether or not to display information on the profile page for each booking page.

How to Set Up

  1. Open the dashboard, click the three-dot icon on the Booking page, and select either “One-Time Link,” “Embedding Code,” or “QR Code.”

  2. Toggle the “Shows in the Team Profile and User Profile” setting to ON.

*If you have set the “Team Name” as the host display name on the booking page, please refer to the next section, “How to Change the Host Display Name,” and change the host display name to “Team Name + Individual’s name” or “Individual’s name.”

How to Change the Host Display Name

You can change the host display name from the edit screen of each booking page.

  1. Open the booking page edit screen and click the “Page” tab.

  2. Select either “Team Name + Individual’s name” or “Individual’s name” for the host display name, then click “Save.” That completes the setup.

    “Team Name + Individual’s name”

    “Individual’s name"

When booking pages do not appear on the profile page

Q. My two booking pages will not combine into one. I want my booking entry points on a single page.

A. They are listed side by side on the profile page. Turn on “Show on Profile” for each booking page, and every page you turn on is listed together on one profile page.

Q. Pages used to appear, but now nothing is shown.

A. This happens when you delete the booking page that came with your account and replace it with pages you created yourself. “Show on Profile” is off by default on newly created booking pages, so nothing appears on the profile page until you turn it on.

Q. I turned “Show on Profile” on, but the page still does not appear.

A. Check whether the host display name is set to “Team Name.” A page with “Team Name” is not listed. Change it to “Team Name + Individual’s name” or “Individual’s name.” A disabled booking page is not listed either.
