What is a Follow Up Mail?

After implementing the schedule adjustment plan, it is possible to follow up with guests via thank-you emails or similar communications.

The function to send follow-up emails after implementation is available on the Team plan and above.

How to configure Follow Up Mail

You can configure post-completion follow-up emails from the Workflow section on the Booking Page Edit Page.

Turning the red-framed section in the image ON (blue state) will send the post-completion follow-up email.

Title

You can set the title for the post-implementation follow-up email.

Clicking “Insert Variable” allows you to select the template variable to use for the title.

Below are details of the variables available for use.

  • Host Name

     The host's name will be displayed.

  • Contact Name

     The guest's name will be displayed.

  • Contact Company

     The guest's company name will be displayed.

  • Contact Company And Name

     Displays the guest's company name and name.

     Example) Sample Co., Ltd. | Taro Sample

  • Event Name

     Displays the title of the booking page.

  • Event Date

     Displays the start date and time of the booking.

  • Event StartedAt

     Displays the start time of the booking.

  • TimeZone

     Displays the timezone for the booking.

Body

You can configure the body text for the post-implementation follow-up email.

Clicking “Insert Variables” allows you to select the template variable to use for the title.

Below are details of the variables available for use.

  • Host Name

     The host's name will be displayed.

  • Contact Name

     The guest's name will be displayed.

  • Contact Company

     The guest's company name will be displayed.

  • Contact Company And Name

     Displays the guest's company name and name.

     Example) Sample Co., Ltd. | Taro Sample

  • Event Name

     Displays the title of the booking page.

  • Event Date

     Displays the start date and time of the booking.

  • Event StartedAt

     Displays the start time of the booking.

  • TimeZone

     Displays the timezone for the booking.

Send Time

You can set the send time for follow-up emails after the appointment.

Using the appointment's end time as the starting point, you can set either “X minute(s) after” or “X hour(s) after”.

Preview

A preview of the follow-up email sent after implementation will be displayed.
