How to export CSV from the booking page

You can export the guest information accepted on the booking page and the booking information in CSV format.

Click on the ‘Booking Page’ > ‘︙’ to display the menu. Select ‘CSV Export’ and then click ‘Start Export’ to export the CSV file.


How to export CSV from the list of bookings

You can filter by [Status], [Start Date], and [Event Type] to export booking information.

1. Narrow down the list of bookings to be exported from the list of bookings.

2. Click the “Export” icon in the upper right corner of the page.

3. Click “Start export” on the screen that appears.

You can download it in a batch in zip format.


CSV of booking information

The following information can be confirmed.

  • Booking ID

  • Event Name

  • Host Name

  • Group ID

  • Group Name

  • Guest ID

  • Guest Name

  • Guest Last Name

  • Guest First Name

  • Guest First Name (Kana)

  • Guest Last Name (Kana)

  • Email Address

  • Guest Timezone

How to get CSV file when CSV export has more than 200 data

If there are more than 200 items of data to be exported to CSV from the list of booking pages or the list of bookings, you can download the CSV file from the download link sent in the e-mail. You can also download the CSV file from Notification > Inbox.

Access the download link from the email and obtain the CSV file

An email for downloading the CSV file will be sent to the user's email address.

The CSV file can be obtained by following the steps below. (*Note that the CSV file cannot be downloaded after 3 days from the date of CSV data creation.)

1. Click “Download Page” to display the CSV download page.

2. Click the “Download” button to download the CSV file.

Access the download link from your Inbox and obtain the CSV file

CSV files can be obtained by following the steps below. (Note that you will not be able to download the CSV file after 3 days from the date the CSV data was created.)

1. Click the “Notification” icon in the lower left corner of the screen to open your inbox.

(When you export CSV from the list of booking pages, the title of the booking page will be displayed in the notification. If you exported the CSV from the list of bookings, the title of the booking page will not appear in the notification).

2. Click “Download Page” to display the CSV download page.

3.Click “Download” button to download the CSV file.


CSV is garbled

Depending on your device's character encoding settings, some characters may be garbled when downloading CSV files.
