I want to link information on the source of incoming leads with Salesforce, CSV, and routing.

The values can be linked by adding the UTM (Urchin tracking module) parameter to the link on the booking page.

Follow the steps below to build the link for tracking.

First define the UTM code to be added to the link.

UTM Source
This is where you label which site the booked meeting came from. For example, if you are running a campaign on Twitter, add "utm_source=twitter" to the link. The sample is Google.

Once you have determined the UTM code to use, after the booking page link, add "?" and add the UTM code separated by '&'.

After adding UTM parameters to the URL, be sure to confirm them before submitting the booking. If you submit without confirming, the UTM parameters will not be applied.

UTM Linkage Destination

When UTM is set up, the following linkage and extraction is available.

  • Salesforce lead information

  • CSV export

  • Booking pages for routing destinations (when set as form URL)

※Only UTM Source can be linked to Salesforce.

※CSV can download the information set in UTM. Click here for details.

How to Configure UTM Parameters for Google Sheets Integration

In Form Integration, you can add UTM parameters as fields to be registered in Google Sheets.

By selecting Add Item, you can configure the following information obtained through the booking form to be synced to Google Sheets: UTM Campaign, UTM Source, UTM Medium, UTM Content, and UTM Term.

This allows you to manage information about which campaigns or advertisements led users to make a reservation.

About Salesforce

When a booking is made from the above URL, the Source will be automatically linked to the lead information.
