It is possible to accept bookings for multiple guests for seminars, information sessions, classrooms, etc. It is also possible to display the number of seats remaining per slot.

This can be set by going to Edit Booking Page > Members > Capacity

*If there is a seminar scheduled to be held, it cannot be returned to blank.

The number of available guest bookings can be set arbitrarily.

Guest application status can be viewed at Dashboard > Booking List.

Guest list, cancellation status, etc, can be checked.

A detail page with each guest also allows you to exchange messages with them individually.
The list of guests can be downloaded in CSV format.

On the appointment details page for coordinating bookings for multiple people, you can send a batch message to all participating guests.

*In the following cases, the message will be sent to two guests at the same time.
