When accepting Bookings for multiple uses during the same time period
To prevent double booking, Jicoo cannot accept multiple Bookings from multiple booking pages under one account.
If you wish to accept multiple Bookings for the same time slot, you will need to follow the process below.
Invite your own account and another email address to join your team
Create another Jicoo account with the address you invited to join your team
Create an additional Booking page with the other account as host
Assumed usage scenarios
Possible scenarios include the following examples
・Booking for online and in-person appointments at the same time.
・New customers and existing customers have different number of Booking slots at the same time.
ex ) I want to accept separate bookings for online and in-person seminars with the same content.
If you are organizing the following types of seminars, please create separate Booking pages for real and online sessions.

Flow of Creating Booking Page A
1 . Select "Add Booking Page" from the Dashboard
2 . Enter title and location and select "Next" at the bottom of the screen.
3 . Manage Availability, Booking Availability, etc., and click "Submit" at the bottom of the screen.
4 . Then set the "Capacity" to 100 in the Basic Settings and click "Submit".
Flow of Creating Booking Page B
1 . Copy the Booking page A that you created
2 . Click "Edit" on the copied Booking page.
3 . Change title and location from basic settings
4 . Change the number of hosts and bookings available from the Team Booking Reception.
↓Change host (change from member)
↓Change in the number of available Bookings
Supplementary information
ex ) How to invite someone to join your team as an ordinary user
1 . From the Dashboard, select Team Setting
2 . Select Team Members > Invite.
3 . Enter your email address and select "General User". Click Submit.
Other
When you create an appointment page and add a date and time to the Availability template, the message "There are no available times to select" may appear.
If this happens, please use debug mode.
If the message "There are available appointments" appears, it is because you have created multiple Booking pages for the same time period under one account.
