In Jicoo, you can set the Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy for each booking page.
You can create and set the Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy by going to Edit Booking Page > Page > Term・Cancel Policy.
Creating New Terms of Service
If you have not created Terms of Service before, you will need to follow the steps below to create a new set. (If you have previously created Terms of Service on any of the booking pages, you can configure them using these steps.)
Setup Instructions
Open the edit page for the booking page where you want to set the Terms of Service.
Click the “Page” tab.
Scroll down the page
Click “Add” in the Term.
Enter the title and content of the Terms of Service, then save them. You have now successfully created new Terms of Service.
*Sample text: “Please contact the service provider with any inquiries regarding the Terms of Service.”
Setting Up Terms
If you have previously created terms on the Booking page, the existing terms will appear as suggestions under Booking Page Edit > Page > Terms. (If you want to create new terms, please refer to this guide.)
Setup Instructions
Open Edit Booking Page > Page > Term.
Select the terms you want to set and click “Submit.” That completes the setup.
Creating New Cancel Policy
If you have not created a cancellation policy in the past, you will need to create a new one by following the steps below. (If you have already created a cancellation policy on any of your booking pages, you can configure it using these steps.)
Setup Instructions
Open the edit page for the booking page where you want to set the Cancellation Policy.
Click the “Page” tab.
Scroll down the page
Click “Add” in the Cancel Policy.
Enter the title and content of the Cancellation Policy, then save them. You have now successfully created new Cancellation Policy.
*Sample text: “For inquiries regarding the cancellation policy, please contact the service provider.”
Setting Up a Cancellation Policy
If you have previously created a cancellation policy on the Booking page, the existing policy will appear as a suggestion under Booking Page Edit > Page > Cancel Policy. (If you want to create a new cancellation policy, please refer to this guide.)

Terms and Cancel Policy - Displayed to Guests
If you set the terms and cancellation policy on the booking page, “Terms of Use” and “Cancellation Policy” buttons will appear at the bottom of the booking page.
Terms of Use
Guests can view the Terms of Use by clicking the “Terms of Use” button on the booking page.
Cancellation Policy
Guests can view the cancellation policy by clicking the “Cancellation Policy” button on the booking page.
