Only users with team privileges of “Admin” or higher, or users with booking page privileges of “Editor” or higher, can change or cancel bookings in the booking list.
If a user's team privileges are “Member” or “Restricted”, or if a user's privileges on the booking page are “Viewer”, he/she cannot cancel or reschedule bookings. (The Cancel/Reschedule button will not be displayed depending on the user's permissions).
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact the authorized user.
User authority to be able to change or cancel dates
Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled in any of the following cases
Authorization on the team is Admin or higher.
Authorization on the booking page is Editor or higher.
