I set candidate dates, but the booking page doesn't display the date I set. Why?

If there is an appointment scheduled for the date and time you set on the booking page, it will be blocked and will not appear as a candidate date.

Please check your Google calendar or Jicoo calendar to make sure that there are no appointments blocked.

*Even if there is no calendar integration, the appointment will be blocked if it is in Jicoo's calendar.

You can check the reason why it is blocked in the host preview mode.

# First, check the reason for the block in Debug mode

If no candidates are displayed, we recommend checking the reason why the time is blocked in Debug mode before going through each setting one by one.

1 . Open the booking page while logged in.

2 . Turn on the "Debug" toggle in the black bar (labeled "Preview") at the top of the page.

3 . Select a time slot that is not displayed (shown in gray) to see the reason in "Block details".

- If "Scheduled" is displayed: There is an appointment in the Jicoo Calendar at that date and time. Please check the name of the appointment in the calendar. Appointments registered by you or your members, such as those named "Block", will also block candidates.

- If "There is an external appointment" is displayed: There is an appointment in your linked external calendar.

- If "Out of the range of acceptance" is displayed: Please see items B and E below.

For detailed steps and the list of reasons, please see the following help page:

Google Calendar

When an appointment is made on Google Calendar

If you put an appointment in Google Calendar as follows, it will be linked to Jicoo and blocked from the candidate days.

Please make sure that the appointment in your Google Calendar is set to "Available".

Appointments are linked to Jicoo Calendar

If you have linked your calendar to Jicoo Calendar, the appointment will be linked to Jicoo Calendar.

Even if you have not linked your calendar to Jicoo Calendar, the appointment will be blocked on the candidate date when you register the appointment to Jicoo Calendar.

*Appointments registered in the Jicoo Calendar with names such as "Block" will also block candidate dates. If a time slot is blocked unexpectedly, please check the calendar for appointments at that date and time.

Booking page display

The booking page will be grayed out and blocked.

When a booking is completed on the Jicoo booking page, the appointment is also registered in conjunction with Google Calendar and blocked from the appointment page candidates.

Items to check if no candidates are displayed

Press Edit from the gear on the right on the Dashboard to check your settings.

A: Time interval

If your appointment schedule is set to 15-minute increments (e.g., from 13:15), the time interval must also be set to 15 minutes.
If the time interval is set to 30 minutes or 60 minutes, no candidates will be displayed.

B: Acceptable period

If no candidates are displayed, please check if there are any restrictions in the "Acceptable Periods" setting.

C: Acceptance grace time

Please check if this is not a restriction that prevents candidates from being displayed, as it sets the grace time to block the appointment from the current time.

D: Time to free up before and after the appointment

If there is an appointment in Google Calendar or Jicoo Calendar, block the time before and after the appointment.

Please set it to 0 minutes and check if the candidates are displayed.

E: Appointment Acceptance Schedule

Set a schedule to accept appointments. Please check if you have set the date and time you want to be a candidate.

F: Team Booking Request

If the availability schedule is set to "individual settings", the settings may not have been saved as intended when switching from a template. Please see the following help page for notes on using individual settings.
