Prepare for scheduling
By using the schedule adjustment function, you can save time and effort by confirming the schedule in advance, registering the schedule, and being reminded of the schedule.
There are two types of schedule adjustment, so you can adjust the schedule according to your needs.
Schedule adjustment on the reservation page (fixed URL)
This is an online reservation type of scheduling where you specify a date and time from the available times using a fixed URL.
Individual schedule adjustment (one-time URL)
This is a schedule adjustment service in which you specify a candidate from the calendar and propose a candidate date and time to the person with whom you wish to make an appointment.

STEP1:Publish URL for itinerary adjustment
STEP2:Send the URL to guests via email or messenger
STEP3: When the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and the reservation will be automatically registered in your calendar.
STEP4: Confirm the reservation date, time, and URL of the web conference such as Zoom by e-mail.
STEP5:On the day of the meeting, guests can join the web conference (Zoom, etc.) via reminder email, etc.

STEP3: Confirm the receipt completion e-mail

You will receive a reminder e-mail in advance of the day of the meeting, so you don't have to worry.
3. Manage messages in the schedule details
You can use "Appointment Details" from your home screen or the appointments registered in your calendar. You can also use the appointment details to send messages to your guests.

5. Download the application
We provide Mac app and Jicoo app for iOS and Android. You can download it from each Store link on the download page.
6. Consider the plan that best suits your needs.
Jicoo offers three plans: Free Plan, Pro Plan, and Team Plan.
The Pro plan or higher is recommended if you want to add more applications or conduct web conferencing.
If you register as a new member, you can use the Team plan for 14 days for free,
