This article summarizes the features available on three of Jicoo's plans: Individual (free), Team, and Business. Higher plans include every feature of the lower plans. For the Enterprise plan, please contact us for details.

If you use several features together, you need the highest plan among them. For example, to use round-robin assignment (Team plan or higher) together with the team common calendar (Business plan or higher), you need the Business plan.
Features available on all plans
These features are available on every plan, including the Individual plan.
Multiple calendar account integration (Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Apple iCloud Calendar)
1-on-1 scheduling, one-off meetings with proposed times, booking requests (approval required), meeting polls
Cancellation, rescheduling, and reminders
Embedding and time zone support

These features are available on the Team and Business plans. They are not available on the Individual plan.
Accepting bookings
Custom forms: add fields for guests to fill in when booking, and set each field as required or optional
File upload: accept up to 10 files (up to 1 GB each) on booking pages and routing forms
Buffer time before and after meetings, multiple duration options
Guest rescheduling and cancellation, cancellation and reschedule deadlines
Reception time limits and per-guest booking count limits
Show only the first available slot of each day, redirect after booking
Payments (Stripe integration)
Seminar booking pages (seat count): accept bookings from multiple guests for the same time slot
Team scheduling
Booking pages with multiple hosts: accept bookings when all hosts are free (AND) or when any one host is free (OR)
Round-robin assignment: assign bookings to multiple hosts in turn. Assignment lists are also available
Scheduling by proxy, resource allocation, schedule block by keyword, follow-up emails
Managed events, roles and permissions
CRM, search, and analytics
Jicoo Connect (external members): up to 10 on the Team plan

These features are not available on the Individual or Team plans.
Team common calendar: create booking events on a shared team calendar and invite the assigned hosts as attendees
Assignee booking limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the number of bookings or total booking time for each assignee, group, or the whole team
Conditional form logic
External form connection: connect forms from Salesforce Engagement (Pardot), HubSpot, or your own website to Jicoo routing
Input assistance, leave prevention
IP access restrictions, page access restrictions
Jicoo Connect (external members): up to 20 on the Business plan
Audit log: kept for 366 days on the Business plan
Limits that vary by plan
Calendar connections per user: Individual 3, Team 6, Business 6
Jicoo Connect external members: Team 10, Business 20 (not available on the Individual plan). External members do not count toward your seats
Audit log retention: Team 30 days, Business 366 days (not available on the Individual plan)
Booking pages, bookings, and team users: unlimited on all plans
Trials and existing customers
Free accounts include a 14-day trial of the Business plan. You can use Business plan features during the trial. When the trial ends, your account automatically returns to the Individual plan
If you subscribed to a paid plan before the pricing plan update on August 27, 2026, you can keep using the features that were available when you subscribed
If you have been using the Individual (formerly Free) plan since before the update, you can continue to use external connections (Jicoo Connect). For details, see the notice about the pricing plan update
