Jicoo’s free plan is called the Individual plan. It costs ¥0 and can be used indefinitely, with no time limit.

This plan was previously called the “Free plan.” The Individual plan is the same plan under a new name — the contents of the plan have not changed. The pricing page, the app, and this help center all use “Individual plan.”

If you cancel a paid plan (Team or Business), your account is not deleted. You are switched to the Individual plan (free) on your renewal date, and you can continue to use Jicoo free of charge.

If I cancel my paid plan, can I continue to use it if I still have the contract term?

New sign-ups receive a 14-day free trial of the Business plan. When the trial period ends, you are switched to the Individual plan (free).
