Jicoo's paid plans can be converted to the Individual plan (free) at any time.
No refunds will be given for cancellations of paid plans (conversion to the Individual plan).
*Paid plan features will be available until the next renewal date.
Billing is settled on a monthly basis based on the date of application, so there are no refunds on a daily basis.
*If you change to the Individual plan after the renewal date, the charge issued on that renewal date (a full year for annual billing) is not canceled. The charge remains even if the payment failed. The switch to the Individual plan takes effect on the next renewal date. For questions about a charge after renewal, please contact support.
