How to Set It Up
From the dashboard, click Edit for the booking page you want to configure.
Under Availability, configure Concurrent Booking Limit per Guest.
Select Set, enter the maximum number of bookings allowed per guest, and save the settings.
Set the limit to 1 or more.
This feature is available on Pro plans and above.
Use Cases
You can prevent the same guest from holding more upcoming bookings than necessary for each booking page.
Example: Limit each guest to one upcoming meeting
Set Concurrent Booking Limit per Guest to Set, then enter 1 as the limit.
In this case, a guest who already has one upcoming booking cannot create another booking from the same booking page until their existing booking has ended or been canceled.
Example: Allow each guest to book up to two upcoming meetings
Set Concurrent Booking Limit per Guest to Set, then enter 2 as the limit.
What Is Included in the Limit?
Bookings that meet all of the following conditions are included in the limit:
The booking is made through the same booking page.
The booking is associated with the same guest email address.
The booking is active and has not yet ended.
Canceled, expired, and completed bookings are not included in the limit. Booking requests and tentative bookings are included.
When the Limit Is Reached
If a guest tries to make a new booking after reaching the limit, the message “You have reached the concurrent booking limit for this booking page” will be displayed.
Cancel or reschedule an existing booking, or make a new booking after the existing booking has ended.
