I registered for a guest account at the time of reservation, but I want to delete or cancel my account.

When you have only registered a guest account using the "Account Registration at time of Booking" feature, you must first create a team and then delete that team.


  1. From the menu at the bottom left of the dashboard, select "To Host Mode."

  2. Create a team.

  3. Enter the required information on the onboarding .

  4. In Team Settings, select "Delete Team" and answer the survey.
