How to Delete or Deactivate Account

Owner

You can delete your account from Settings > Delete Team.

  • Note: Only the owner of a team can delete it.

  • Note: If you belong to multiple teams, you must delete all of them to delete your own account.

Administrator

Please request that the Owner removes you from the team.

Member, Restricted User

Please request that the Owner or an Administrator removes you from the team.


How to Delete a Team Member

Owner / Administrator

You can do this from Team Members. You can delete a team member by going to the menu next to the member's name and selecting Delete.

  • Note: If the account scheduled for deletion has created appointments as a host, please be aware that deleting the account will stop notifications such as reminder emails.

  • Note: Please consider the timing of the deletion carefully.

Member, Restricted User

You cannot delete team members. Please request that the Owner or an Administrator deletes the relevant member.
