Guest accounts can be deleted from the Guest Dashboard account settings.
Deleting a guest account will prevent the deleted user from accessing the Guest Dashboard.
Also, the guest's future bookings will be canceled from the list of bookings on the host dashboard. The contact information for the bookings will remain in the contact list.
Please note that guest accounts cannot be deleted for users with team account*.
*Users with team account means...
A user who belongs to a Jicoo team with one of the following permissions: “Owner”, ‘Administrator’, “General User” or “Restricted User”.
How to delete a guest account
To delete a guest account, follow the steps below.
The guest whose account you want to delete opens the Guest Dashboard
(The Guest Dashboard can also be accessed here.)
Click on the “Settings” icon on the left side of the page
Click on "Account Settings"
Click on “Delete your account”.
Click “Delete Account” on the confirmation page
The relevant guest account will be deleted.
